The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Brunei Section, in collaboration with the Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam (PA), successfully hosted an SPE Distinguished Lecturer event yesterday. The lecture, titled “Liability is Forever: Risk Elements in the Implementation of Decommissioning and Well P&A,” was delivered by Dr. Brian Twomey, Managing Director of Reverse Engineering Services Ltd.
