This EOI shall not be construed to oblige Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam to accept any submitted expression as an agreement for the above Scope of Work. Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam reserves the right and sole discretion to determine the bidders for the future tender, if any.
